Issue
- Set up test user in Developer Dashboard.
- Made purchase on SVOD/TVOD channel to test Roku Pay integration.
- Cancelled test transactions using Web Service API.
- Still seeing charges on credit card statement for test transactions.

Developer Dashboard > Manage Test Users
Fix
Confirm that your test user has been enabled for the specific channel you are testing for billing.
You can check this under Developer Dashboard > Manage Test Users > Edit.
Once on the Edit page, confirm the proper channel(s) is selected for billing testing.
If the user is still being charged when enabled for testing, please contact Partner Success.
