What will happen to existing subscriptions upon a switch from Pay-to-Install to In-Channel Subscriptions.

Answer

In order to have the existing subscribers move to the new In-Channel Subscription, you will need to make the channel free by setting the cost to $0 and waiting 31 days for the subscriptions to expire. Then publish your channel with in-channel purchases so that if they want to watch, they have to subscribe via the in-channel products.
