How channel store region is assigned to end-users.

Answer
A user's region is determined from the IP address at the time when he/she creates his/her Roku account.
For example, if a user creates their Roku account in Ireland (with an Irish IP address), our system will mark that user as part of the IE region. That user will then only be able to access content in the Ireland channel store.
