How to Remove Channel
If you wish to remove a public, published channel from the Roku platform, create a ticket with Partner Success and include the name and channel ID of the channel(s) you'd like removed from Roku.
If you wish to remove a beta channel (either unpublished or published), you can do so by navigating to the Developer Dashboard > Manage My Channels and clicking the gear icon next to the channel you'd like to remove.
Effect on Users
Once a channel has flipped to beta by the Roku Partner Success team, you will be able to delete it whenever you would like. When you click "Remove Channel," the channel will immediately be deleted from two places: (1) your Developer Dashboard and (2) all users' devices that have the channel installed. You will also no longer be able to search for or install the deleted channel.
If you wish to remove an SVOD or TVOD channel integrated with Roku Pay, you will be required to cancel all subscriptions and refund users before Partner Success proceeds with the channel removal. More on this process can be found at How do I remove a channel from Roku that offers subscriptions?
