If I set Domestic Region to “United States,” will my channel appear in the International descriptive category for non-USA residents?

Expected behavior for channel that selects a value in Domestic Region field on Channel Store Info page.

Answer

Yes, channels will be included in the "International" category for all channel stores, EXCEPT for the channel store region selected under Domestic Region. 

For example, a channel whose selected Domestic Region is "United States" will appear in the "International" descriptive category in all other non-United States regions where the channel is published. In the United States (the designated domestic region), your channel will appear in the selected descriptive category. 

Additional Resources

1. The Domestic Region field is not required. 
2. If the value "None" is chosen in the Domestic Region dropdown, your channel will not appear in any channel store under the International descriptive category, unless "International" is chosen as the descriptive category. 
3. The Domestic Region and Descriptive Category fields are separate and do not affect one another.
