FAQ: Channel Store search

My channel was just published, why does is it not showing up in the channel store?

Answer It takes approximately 24 hours after a new channel has been published for it to show up in the Channel Store and Search on devices.  

You can always add your channel to your device with the Vanity Access Code of the channel during the 24 hour period.

On devices, our categories has a cap of 200 channels on device. The channel placements are algorithmic which may be a reason why your channel is not visible at this time.

Additionally, if you have the channel already installed on your device, it will no longer show in the channel store category to which it is assigned.

Can a channel be searched by keywords or tags?
Answer: We currently do not have a feature to find channels by searching for tags or keywords. Users will need to search by the exact channel name to find a channel.
