Answer
If a specific country is not listed as a channel store under Manage My Channels > Properties*, that country is a part of the Rest of World channel store.
If your content is restricted from playing in any country not explicitly listed in the Properties channel store list, we advise against making your channel available for Rest of World.
Rest of World (ROW) makes content available in nearly every country not listed as an explicit channel store (e.g. Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, etc). If country X is not on that list, it's assumed that a user in country X would be able to access any Rest of World channel on our platform.
You can geo-filter content so users in a specific country cannot access any in-channel content, there are third-party geo IP tools. Please note this is not a guaranteed or supported solution by Roku.
