Issue
Channel crashing on 9.0 on any Roku Powered device.

Answer
If your channel is published in a Roku Powered region and uses channel performance beacons (or any other APIs dependent on 9.1), your channel will crash in those regions.
To fix this issue, your channel can be published with a 9.1 minimum firmware. However, if some Roku Powered devices are not yet on 9.1, this means users in those regions will receive an older version of your channel.
We recommend using the getVersion API to detect the OS running on a device and not fire any APIs (including channel performance beacons) dependent on 9.1. This allows you to send the latest version of your channel to all devices, regardless of whether users are on retail or Roku Powered devices.
