How quickly are push notifications sent from Roku?

Issue

Using push notification for purchase authorization.  

Noticed that some notifications take longer than others to be returned from Roku.

Answer

For any job that is processed by Roku Pay (e.g. renewals and passive cancellations), push notifications can take between 24-48 hours to come back (depending on when during the nightly cycle the notifications are sent).

A user's first transaction, which shows as a "sale," will be sent immediately. However, any subsequent "sale" transactions for that user will be considered a "renewal," and will take 24-48 hours to be sent (as discussed above). 

Any cancellation (i.e. not a passive cancellation) will also be sent immediately.
