This depends on your payout method. Roku pays out in the currency it was sold in, so you would be paid in Canadian dollars, however, your payout method, i.e. bank transfer/PayPal may do the conversion when you cash out.
For example:
If you price it at $3.99 on the USA store, it will sell for $3.99 CAD in Canada.
