Trying to add a bank that is located in a different country than the company location.

Fix / Answer
The country dependency in the system is by design. You must include a bank or a bank branch that is located in your company's country. If you are using a bank in another country, it must have a bank branch location within your country. You would then add that branch's information to your Payment Info under Section 2.
