Testing in-Channel subscriptions without charging.
Partners are expected to have a test account set up for the purpose of testing purchases. Please see our page on Testing In-Channel Purchasing for information on how to set up your test account and testing in-channel purchases.
For international partners testing transactions from different regions:
It is not necessary to test an individual in-channel product across multiple regions unless you are using region-specific products (e.g. Canada offers a Canadian subscription product, US offers a US subscription product, etc).
If your offers differentiating products across regions, you will need to create multiple Roku accounts while connected to a VPN associated with each respective region (e.g. connect to a Canada VPN, then create a Canadian Roku account). Testing the product will then follow the same process as described in Testing In-Channel Purchasing.
