Partner not tracking subscriptions. Wants to refund before channel deletion.
Use cancelSubscription and refundSubscription from the Web Service API to cancel and refund users.
If you have not been using Billing Push Notifications, you can find Transaction IDs from the Transaction Reporting section of the Developer Dashboard. Transaction IDs are required to complete refunds and cancel subscriptions.
If you have a single refund request and do not have development resources to process the refund for your user, please have the user contact Roku Customer Support directly.
