After typing the key sequence I see the Developer Settings screen.
I select "Enable installer"... and device asks me for confirmation.
After Enable installer is selected, the device reboots.
It goes to home screen, the IP is available but on browser developer url doesn't open.
If i repeat the key sequence again, instead of the screen that asks to disable the developer mode, I get the Enable screen again.

- Try factory resetting your device using the hardware reset button on your Roku device (instructions). Once reset, re-link your device and try to access developer mode once again.
- Have you confirmed an antivirus software isn't blocking access to the device on port 80/8080/8060 etc?
- Do you see the same issue when using a web browser (instead of Curl)?
