Enrolled in Partner Payout Program but not yet received payments or previously working payments are no longer being received.
Steps to take when a payment is missing:
Confirm your payment method is correctly set up in your Payment Settings on the Developer Dashboard.
- If you wish to change your payout method (Wire, ACH, PayPal), update your Payment Settings accordingly. Once finished, notify Partner Success to confirm your changes have been updated with the backend.
- If you are wondering why you have not received payment for an ad-supported channel, review below section from our Application Distribution Agreement:
- 6.4. In the event that the aggregate sums due to you for an Application are less than $100.00, then Roku will have no obligation to pay you unless and until (a) the sums due to you equal or exceed $100.00 or (b) the Agreement expires or is terminated.
- If you are a subscription or transaction-based channel and still haven't received payments after meeting the criteria above, please contact Partner Success.
